Championship Play-off (Play-offs I):

Format:

6 teams from the Regular Season contest the 2015/2016 Pro League champion and places in the 2016/2017 UEFA Champions League and 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League in a league format.

Each team plays the others twice - home and away - for a total of 10 games each, over 10 game weeks.

Teams start the play-off with their points from the Regular Season halved, rounded upwards, and no other records carried over from the Regular Season.

The Play-off winner is the 2015/2016 Pro League champion.



Scoring points:

3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.



Table order:

1. points won; 2. rounding-up of points before the play-off (a team with no points rounded upwards is placed before a team with points rounded upwards); 3. games won; 4. total goal difference; 5. total goals scored; 6. total away goals scored; 7. away games won; 8. play-off.



Qualification for UEFA competitions:

1 place: 2016/2017 UEFA Champions League Group stage

2 place: 2016/2017 UEFA Champions League qualifiers

3 place: 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League qualifiers

4 place: enters Europa League Testmatch for 1 place in the 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League qualifiers





Europa League Play-off (Play-offs II):

Format:

8 teams from the Regular Season contest a place in the 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League qualifiers in a league and knockout format.

The teams are distributed into 2 groups of 4 teams each, based on their Regular Season standings:

Group A: 7th, 9th, 12th and 14th;

Group B: 8th, 10th, 11th and 13th.

Within each group each team plays the others twice - home and away - for a total of 6 games each, over 6 game weeks.



Scoring points:

3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.



Table order:

1. points won; 2. games won; 3. total goal difference; 4. total goals scored; 5. total away goals scored; 6. away games won; 7. play-off.



Qualification for Europa League Play-off Final:

1 place in each group: enter Europa League Play-off Final



Europa League Play-off Final:

The two group winners meet each other with the winner becoming the Play-offs II winner.

Winner is decided over two legs.

The winner of Group A hosts the second leg.



Tie-breakers for the Europa League Play-off Final:

1. aggregate score from the two legs, 2. away goals, 3. extra time, 4. penalties.



Qualification for Europa League Testmatch:

winner: enters Europa League Testmatch





Europa League Testmatch:

Format:

1 team from the Championship Play-off and 1 team from the Europa League Play-off contest one place in the 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League qualifiers.



Final:

The two teams meet each other with the winner becoming Europa League Testmatch winner.

Winner is decided over two legs.

The Championship Play-off team hosts the second leg.



Tie-breakers for the Europa League Testmatch:

1. aggregate score from the two legs, 2. away goals, 3. extra time, 4. penalties.

Cup winner note:

If the Cup winner qualifies for the 2016/2017 UEFA Champions League; or if the Cup winner finishes 3rd in the Championship Round, then no Europa League Testmatch is played and both teams qualify for the 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League qualifiers.

If the Cup winner qualifies for the Europa League Testmatch, then no play-off takes place, and the other participant qualifies for the 2016/2017 UEFA Europa League qualifiers.
