Minute   Description
That is all from me, Tom Webber, for this evening. Have a great night!
FULL TIME - Ajaccio 1-3 PSG: Les Parisiens suffered an early scare as they went in at half time behind following a penalty from Cavalli which beat Douchez. However, Blanc's men responded emphatically, netting a trio of goals after the interval to ensure their place in the quarter-finals of the Coupe de la Ligue!
90'+3 There is the final whistle!
90'+1 We are into the first of an additional three minutes.
89' The referee plays advantage following a challenge on Digne, and the loose ball falls to Bahebeck. He shifts it onto his right foot and fires a low shot towards the far corner which Scribe keeps out with a pair of strong hands.
87' Final change for Ajaccio now, too, with Pedretti making way for Coulibaly.
86' B. Pedretti is done for the day. G. Coulibaly is his replacement.
85' That proves to be Lucas' last involvement, as he makes way for Jeremy Kimmakon to make his PSG debut.
84' GOOOOOAAL!! THERE IS THE THIRD! Lucas breaks away down the left and rolls a brilliant pass to the back post, where Bahebeck slides in to finish from no more than three yards out!
83' Lucas Moura is replaced with J. Kimmakon.
[team] score a goal through J. Bahebeck!
OFF THE LINE! Cavani is fed through inside the box by Bahebeck and he tries to lift the ball over Scribe. The keeper gets a touch on it, sending it looping towards goal where Cavalli makes an acrobatic clearance to deny PSG a third!
82' PSG have certainly deserved that second goal based on their performance in the second half. They've taken the game to Ajaccio and failed to take their foot off.
80' GOOOOOOOAAAL!! PSG LEAD! Digne and Lucas combine brilliantly down the left, but once more it is that man Kante making the crucial interception to send it out for a corner. It is whipped in from the left by Bahebeck, and Aurier atones for his earlier error to nod it in unmarked at the near post!
79' S. Aurier hits the net for [team]!
Blanc makes his second change, with Matuidi, who scored the winner the last time these two sides met, replacing Chantome.
78' B. Matuidi enters play, replacing C. Chantôme.
Cabaye goes for goal with a free kick in the centre, around 30 yards out. He directs it accurately but the effort lacks the dip to get back on target and test Scribe.
76' SO CLOSE! Madri picks up the ball in a central area 30 yards from goal, and he takes a touch to get it out of his feet and set himself up for a shot. David Luiz doesn't close him quickly enough, but his blushes are spared as the fizzing effort bends narrowly outside of the post!
75' Lucas launches a counter down the left after Cavalli is dispossessed, and he carries the ball inside before laying it off to Bahebeck on the right-hand side of the box. The substitute gets to the byline but his cutback goes out for a corner off Kante.
73' He's at it again! Kante puts in another important challenge to stop Cavani cutting inside onto his left foot and releasing a shot at goal.
71' What a challenge by Kante! The centre-back got a crucial touch to the ball as Cavani brought down a long pass from Cabaye inside the box. Had he not intervened that could well have been the second goal PSG are looking for.
70' Blanc makes his first switch of the night, with Lavezzi the man to make way for Jean-Christophe Bahebeck.
69' J. Bahebeck enters play, replacing E. Lavezzi.
68' Rabiot concedes a free kick just outside the box by the byline on the near side. The delivery is sent to the back post, where Douchez claims it at the second attempt.
66' Madri needs to be careful! The winger just caught Cabaye late as the Frenchman hooked the ball clear following Cavalli's blocked shot.
65' Second change of the night from Ajaccio as Oliech, who was run himself into the ground, is replaced by Lesoimier.
64' D. Oliech is done for the day. B. Lesoimier is his replacement.
Now Madri goes into the book, following a high foot left in on Lavezzi. That wasn't the greatest tackle I've seen.
63' L. Abergel receives a yellow card.
Madri opens up his stride and latches onto a long diagonal ball from Cavalli. He attempts to pick out Oliech inside the box but his cross is deflected behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.
61' Since equalising PSG have lost the urgency which enabled them to get back into this game. It's difficult to see Ajaccio finding another, but the visitors have looked vulnerable on the break at times.
60' L. Abergel enters the game and replaces E. Marester.
59' STAT: Ajaccio have lost just two of their nine home games in Ligue 2 this season.
57' Lucas spins his marker brilliantly 30 yards from goal, and he then bears down on goal. He opts to shoot rather than find Cavani again, and his effort is deflected wide of the post. The corner is sent into the middle but the visitors fail to make anything of it.
55' GOOOOOOAAAL!! CAVANI TIES IT! PSG work the ball from left to right, with Cabaye feeding Lucas, who then slides a pass down the channel for the Uruguayan. The striker then rolls his shot into the far corner to make it 1-1.
54' PSG score a goal through E. Cavani!
53' Lavezzi attempts to bring a diagonal ball from Cabaye down inside the box but he is crowded out by two Ajaccio defenders. He won't give it up, though, and he ends up going in late on Marester and earning himself a yellow card!
52' E. Lavezzi gets yellow.
51' PSG are looking much brighter this half, but they've still yet to really test Scribe. If they can keep this level of urgency up then they should do so soon, but they need to ensure that they don't leave themselves exposed at the back.
49' Another free kick is awarded to PSG, and this time Lucas takes it from the right. It reaches Cavani on the far side of the box but he can only volley it straight into the bodies in the centre of the box. Marquinhos follows up with a couple of attempts, both of which are blocked.
47' OFF THE POST! Lavezzi bends a free kick into the box from deep and Aurier ghosts in behind to try and flick it into the net. He fails to connect and the ball bounces off the upright! Ajaccio break but Madri's fails to find an unmarked Oliech in the box, instead passing straight to Douchez! What a start to the second half.
46' We are back underway!
HALF TIME - Ajaccio 1-0 PSG: The Corsican side lead at the interval thanks to a Cavalli penalty, which came after Aurier felled Madri inside the box. Blanc's men have been rather poor this evening, with the fringe players failing to stake a claim for a regular starting position. Les Parisiens had to come from behind to win on their last visit here, and they'll need to do that in the second half tonight if they are to progress. Join me in 15 minutes for the next period.
45'+2 There is the half-time whistle!
45'+1 Ajaccio send the free kick all the way back to their keeper, whose long kick up field is won by the PSG defence.
45' Chantome goes into the book for a late challenge on Diop as Ajaccio looked to break into the PSG half. The referee tried to play the advantage but Oliech did not get to the ball ahead of his marker.
44' C. Chantôme receives a yellow card.
Perozo tries to waste some time, going to ground as the ball goes out for a PSG throw in. The replays show he had a confrontation with Lavezzi, who gave him a little dig in the stomach. There was nothing in it really, though, and he is pulled back to his feet by the referee.
42' CLOSE! Aurier takes on Babiloni down the right, and the Ivorian earns his side a free kick after knocking the ball away from his opponent who then brought him to ground. Lavezzi sends in a far better delivery this time and David Luiz meets it at the near post, directing a header narrowly over the crossbar.
40' Madri has shown a high level of technical ability in the first half, with his quick feet causing the PSG defence problems. This time Chantome manages to put in a legal challenge and dispossess the winger, though.
39' Lavezzi clips the free kick towards the back post but it is too far ahead of Rabiot, who is unable to control it inside the box. That's a wasted opportunity for PSG.
38' Lucas shows brilliant feet to get away from two markers down near the corner flag, and after dribbling across the pitch he is cynically brought down by Goncalves. The challenge earns the Ajaccio man a yellow card.
37' Claude Gonçalves is cautioned by the referee.
36' Chantome tries his luck from distance, and the effort is deflected wide of the target. Lavezzi whips in the corner from the left and Scribe misses it, but no blue shirt is on hand to supply the finish. Ajaccio break through Oliech, with the Kenyan showing power and pace to beat Cabaye into the box before having his cross intercepted. Madri soon regains possession but, after beating Chantome, his shot at goal is blocked.
34' OVER THE TOP! Cavani is caught by the top of the box but the referee allows play to continue as Lavezzi latches onto his flick inside the box. The Argentine doubles back and feeds Chantome, who gets the ball out of his feet and hammers a shot high of the crossbar. The striker then decides to question the referee's decision.
32' Digne and Rabiot attempt to combine and unlock the defence with a couple of interchanges down the left, but the latter ends up running the ball out of play for a goal kick. Not one to allow time to be wasted, he quickly collects it and hands it to Scribe for the goal kick.
30' PSG win a free kick down near the corner on the right, and Lavezzi bends it into the box. Marquinhos meets it on the volley at the back post, but he fails to keep his effort down and sends it far over the top. Madri has stayed down following the injury, claiming some contact from an opponent.
29' PSG had to come from behind on their last visit to the Stade Francois Coty, and they're going to have to do the same tonight if they are to keep their hopes of retaining the Coupe de la Ligue alive.
27' GOOOOOOAAAL!! CAVALLI CONVERTS! The Ajaccio captain converts from the spot, sending a low effort into the back of the net. Douchez went the right way, but the ball was out of his reach!
26' Penalty goal scored by J. Cavalli!
PENALTY TO AJACCIO! Madri skips past Aurier on the edge of the box, and the Ivorian clips him just as he enters the area! The referee is in no doubt about it, though the PSG players claim the foul took place outside the box.
24' We've just passed the halfway mark in the first half and both keepers are yet to make a meaningful save. Scribe has been the more involved, but PSG's only decent effort so far was Chantome's volley which flew wide. Blanc will want his team to step it up a gear soon, as Ajaccio clearly fancy their chances when pushing forward.
22' Cavalli brings down Lucas with a clumsy challenge, and the visitors are awarded a free kick inside the Ajaccio half. Lavezzi takes it short, feeding Lucas in space on the right-hand side of the box, but his cross for Cavani is intercepted by Kante.
20' Lavezzi slides a clever pass in behind Kante for Cavani to run onto, but the Uruguayan is unable to beat Scribe to it. The keeper races off his line and smothers the ball inside his area. He has kept a good command of the box so far.
18' Les Parisiens have won two of the last six editions of the Coupe de la Ligue - in 2008 and 2014. Oliech tries to break free from David Luiz on the halfway line, but the Brazilian tugs on his shirt and concedes a free kick.
16' Marquinhos attempts to release Aurier into space down the right, but he overhits his pass and the Ivorian has no chance of latching onto it. PSG are yet to really find their rhythm.
14' JUST WIDE! Lucas dribbles inside from the right, making his way across to the other side of the pitch where he offloads to Rabiot. The midfielder clips a diagonal cross to the far post, where Chantome meets it but fails to get enough purchase on the ball to direct his volley on target.
13' STAT: Laurent Blanc’s men have won just five of their 13 games on the road in all competitions this season. They won't be expecting an easy game this evening, then.
11' Ajaccio push forward down the right, but Diop's cross for Oliech is headed away by Aurier. The ball falls kindly for Cavalli, and the midfielder opts to let fly with a shot on goal. He fails to hit the target, skewing his effort harmlessly wide of the post.
9' PSG are starting to assert themselves on possession a little more now, and Cavani almost intercepts a pass back to Scribe after Digne's efforts to break down the left were thwarted. The keeper stayed composed, though, and managed to clear.
7' Goncalves shows good strength to get away from Cabaye down the left, and he then knocks the ball past Aurier as he attempts to make his way into the box. The Ivorian catches him and the hosts are awarded a free kick. Pedretti bends it into the box but Douchez comes off his line to punch it to safety.
5' Chantome looks to latch onto a long ball over the top, down the right wing, but Kante does a good job of shielding the ball from him and seeing it out of play. It's been a fairly even opening five minutes.
3' Ajaccio have started the game brightly, battling in midfield and looking to release Cavalli down the left. The latest pass for him is too heavy, though, and Marquinhos covers across to see it out of play.
1' We are underway!
The teams are out, so kick off will be upon us in just a few moments.
Les Parisiens were victorious on their Ligue 1 visit to Ajaccio last season, with Ezequiel Lavezzi and Blaise Matuidi bringing them from behind for a 2-1 victory.
PSG have travelled to face Ajaccio on eight occasions, all previously in Ligue 1, winning just twice. In fact, half of the 16 league meetings between the pair have ended in draws. That won't happen tonight, though, as we will have extra time and penalties in order to separate the two sides.
PSG (4-3-3): Douchez; Aurier, David Luiz, Marquinhos, Digne; Chantome, Cabaye, Rabiot; Lucas, Cavani, Lavezzi.
Ajaccio (4-3-3): Scribe; Marester, Kante, Perozo, Babiloni; Pedretti, Goncalves, Cavalli; Madri, Diop, Oliech.
PSG TEAM NEWS: Laurent Blanc opts to rest two big stars in Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but he still has plenty of talent on display. Marquinhos comes into the centre of defence alongside David Luiz, who wears the captain's armband tonight. Clement Chantome and Adrien Rabiot also take their place in midfield.
AJACCIO TEAM NEWS: Olivier Pantaloni makes five changes for the visit of PSG, the main one being Anthony Scribe starting between the sticks in place of Oumar Sissoko, who he replaced in the 2-0 win over Nancy. Former Olympique Lyonnais and Lille midfielder, 34-year-old Benoit Pedretti, starts in the centre of midfield.
Ajaccio are currently on a run of six games without defeat in all competitions. Their Corsican rivals Bastia progressed to the quarter-finals last night, so they will be keen to take advantage of a second-string PSG side and match them with a victory tonight.
PSG come into tonight's last-16 clash on the back of two consecutive defeats. A 3-1 loss to Barcelona in the Champions League last week was followed up by a 1-0 beating courtesy of Guingamp at the weekend. After those unconvincing displays, their fans will certainly be keen for a turnaround in form ahead of their final Ligue 1 game of the season against Montpellier on Saturday.
Hello and welcome to this evening's LIVE commentary of the Coupe de la Ligue clash between second-tier Ajaccio and reigning Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain. The Stade Francois Coty is our destination this evening, and I, Tom Webber, will be guiding you through all the action.
