Qualification:

31 CFU member countries are eligible to enter up to 2 teams in the competition.



The competition is divided into two tiers:

- Tier 1 Caribbean Professional Club Championship (CPCC) - eligible to enter are the top 2 teams from any CFU countries with professional leagues:

- 8 teams enter Tier 1 (2 teams each from Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago);

- Tier 2 Caribbean Amateur Club Championship (CACC) - eligible to enter are the champions of the CFU member countries with no professional leagues:

- 12 teams enter Tier 2 (1 team each from Aruba, Barbados, Bonaire, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Suriname.





Tier 1 (CPCC) - Group stage:

Format:

8 teams are drawn into 2 groups of 4 teams each (Groups A-B).

Each team plays the others from its own group once - for a total of 3 games each, over 3 game weeks.

Matches in each group are played as a single mini-tournament, hosted by one of the teams.

Teams from the same country cannot be drawn against each other.



Scoring points:

3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.



Table order:

1. points won; 2. total goal difference; 3. total goals scored; 4. points in head-to-head matches; 5. goal difference in hth matches; 6. goals scored in hth matches; 7. draw.



Qualification for the Final stage:

1-2 place of each group: qualify for the Final stage





Tier 1 (CPCC) - Final stage:

Format:

4 teams contest the Tier 1 winner, in a knockout format.

Teams are ranked 1st-4th based on their Group stage record.



Semi-finals:

4 teams are distributed into 2 pair according to their ranking:

1st vs 4th;

2nd vs 3rd.

Winners are decided over one leg, with extra time and penalties if score is level after regular time

The matches are played at neutral venues.



3rd Place final:

The two Semi-finals losers meet each other to contest 3rd place.

Winner is decided over one leg, with extra time and penalties if score is level after regular time.

The match is played at a neutral venue.



Final:

The two Semi-finals winners meet each other with the winner becoming Tier 1 winner.

Winner is decided over one leg, with extra time and penalties if score is level after regular time.

The match is played at a neutral venue.



Qualification for CONCACAF competitions:

1 place: CONCACAF Champions League

2-3 place: CONCACAF League



Qualification for Play-off:

4 place: enters Play-off





Tier 2 (CACC) - Group stage:

Format:

12 teams are drawn into 3 groups of 4 teams each (Groups A-C).

Each team plays the others from its own group once - for a total of 3 games each, over 3 game weeks.

The match is played at a neutral venue.
