Hull KR caused a huge upset with victory over high-flying Wigan Warriors as Warrington Wolves returned to winning ways on a busy Friday in Super League.
Wigan looked to be on course for a ninth successive win in all competitions when they eased to an early 8-0 lead against the competition's bottom side prior to kick-off.
However, Rovers - who had lost against the same opponents in the Challenge Cup earlier in the month - belied their poor form this season by scoring 24 points without reply, including a pair of tries for fit-again Junior Vaivai.
Adam Quinlan and Chris Atkin also touched down for the hosts, while Danny Tickle kicked all conversions to help pick up two precious points that lifts them up to 10th place in the table.
Warrington also had to rally to beat injury-hit Hull FC, who led 12-0 at the break at the Halliwell Jones Stadium thanks to tries from Dean Hadley and Mickey Paea.
Wolves captain Chris Hill complained to referee Gareth Hewer he had been bitten by Hull's Hakim Miloudi prior to the break, with the incident placed on report.
The hosts dominated after the break, however, Harvey Livett celebrating signing a new two-year contract on Wednesday with one of Warrington's five tries in their 30-12 triumph.
With Hull KR winning, Widnes Vikings now sit at the foot of the standings after they went down to a 19-6 loss at home to Wakefield Wildcats.
Pauli Pauli, Tom Johnstone and David Fifita crossed as all three of Wakefield's tries arrived before the break, handing the Vikings a 12th loss in 15 Super League outings this term.
In the other top-flight fixture, Huddersfield Giants boosted their hopes of making the top eight with a 24-16 win at Salford Red Devils.
With new coach Simon Woolford watching on, the Giants turned around a 10-6 half-time deficit to make it four league wins on the spin.
